About the role

As a Housekeeping Staff at Tokyo Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing residential homes and short-term rental properties across Tokyo.

Your work helps residents and guests arrive to spaces that feel clean, comfortable, and ready. This is a hands-on role, and attention to detail matters, but you won’t be working alone — you’ll be part of a supportive team with clear guidelines and communication.

What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you are on the front lines of excellence. You will ensure every property meets the Tokyo Cleaner Precision Standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precision Turnover: Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and premium rental units, ensuring every corner meets our high-spec checklists.
  • Staging & Presentation: Master the art of bed-making, linen changes, and amenity placement to create a "5-star hotel" atmosphere for every new arrival.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and organize professional-grade cleaning tools and ensure all guest essentials are fully restocked.
  • Quality Reporting: Use our mobile reporting app to confirm task completion and immediately flag maintenance needs or property damage to the Operations team.
  • Standard Adherence: Strictly follow our specialized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality results across all Tokyo properties.
  • Special Projects: Support deep-cleaning assignments, move-out refreshes, and monthly quality inspections as needed.
